Allie did so well in her dance recital. Over the last month I had to force her to go to dance class and then all of a sudden on recital night she fell in love with dance and did amazing. She got off the stage and asked to do it again. She is already excited for her summer dance class!

The girls are really excited that my dad is flying in from Idaho today. It will be great to have my dad here for five days. This will be the first time we have seen any of my family since we have moved here.
Memorial Day weekend was hard...it was the first year I was not up at my uncles cabin in Island Park. It felt really weird not to be there and we all missed everybody.
Allie has her dress rehersal tonight and recital tomorrow. (pictures to follow soon). After this is over she will be taking a 6 week summer course for ballet and tap. A few of the moms in her dance class will be taking a beginning tap dance course for summer as well and I will be joining them. I have not danced since I was a kid and never took tap, so this will be a very interesting experience.
